The case is VERY similar to what happened at the Eagle, except patrons in Chicago, while searched, were NOT handcuffed and forced to lie on the floor. Perhaps an apology would have convinced some of the patrons whose rights were violated that evening NOT to pursue civil redress. Of course now that point is moot. Good luck to all with their lawsuits.
